EH permits and inspects hotels, motels, campgrounds, and bed and breakfast facilities.
Rabies Exposure
EH investigates and responds to animal bite incidents involving humans, pets, and wild animals for the prevention of rabies transmission.
Body Art Studios & Tattoo / Body Piercing / Microblading Artists
EH permits and inspects body art studios and micro-blading facilities.
Vector Surveillance
Vector surveillance is an EH program area that involves the collection and identification of common vector (mosquito and tick) species involved in disease transmission such as West Nile Virus.
