Mold

Environmental Health frequently receives mold complaints and inquiries from the public. Program staff can provide information to assist callers with their concerns, but the EH Section only regulates certain types of establishments(hotels, motels, etc). There are currently no enforecable standards, inspections, or remediation practices for mold at either the state or federal level.
